Phil is responsible for questions regarding health, dental, life, flex and short term disability (std) insurance. He may be contacted directly by those wishing to enroll or  terminate coverage. Heis also responsible for billing questions, including providing assistance, explanations, researching discrepancies, and general questions. He also provides trustee loan balances and pooled investment fund balances to appropriate parties, and manages bookkeeping for Cass Lake Episcopal Camp, including accounts payable and payroll.
