The Minnesota Episcopal Environmental Stewardship Commission (MEESC) has compiled and created materials for a period for the celebration of creation from October 2-26, 2008 (Proper 22-25) entitled Special Recognition of the Place of Food in our Lives. The materials, which include notes for worship leaders, bulletin inserts, alternate readings, additional resources, and hymn selections, are available on MEESC's website.

Theology and a Pint meets in St. Paul on the second Tuesday of each month at O'Gara's and in St. Louis Park on the fourth Tuesday of each month at Kip's Irish Pub. Both begin at 8:00 pm. Join your friends for good conversation, great theology, and, of course, a pint. Theology and a Pint is a ministry of St. Mary's and St. George's churches. Contact is The Reverend Rex McKee.
