Karen Olson manages telephone calls, appointments and correspondence for Bishop James Jelinek.  She also coordinates the bishops' visitation schedules, serves as staff liaison to Diocesan Council, Steering Committee, Office of Campus Ministry and Office of Environmental Stewardship.  Karen also oversees administrative office and staff operations.
